How it works on the meters you already have
- 1Connect. Phantom Shield, physical or virtual, reads existing energy meters and power analyzers over Modbus RTU/TCP, BACnet, SNMP, MQTT or HTTP/REST. Where wiring is hard, Modbus-to-LoRaWAN converters carry the readings wirelessly.
- 2Collect. Continuous reads with local storage on the gateway (store and forward): if the internet drops, data syncs on reconnect.
- 3Normalize. Reveal maps every signal into a common semantic layer (Brick), so meters from different brands compare the same way.
- 4Analyze. Site-to-site comparison, anomaly detection, before/after comparisons for schedule or equipment changes, and correlation of electrical events with UPS units, generators and critical equipment.
- 5Act. Alerts via WhatsApp, email or ticketing, audit-ready reports and, on equipment that supports it, automatic actions by schedule or rule, with every action logged.

What is power quality monitoring, and what does GSS Analytix measure?
It is continuous measurement of how power reaches a site, not just how much is used. With Reveal, GSS Analytix records energy use (kWh), voltage and current per phase, frequency, active, reactive and apparent power and power factor, and detects electrical events in real time across all your sites.
Do I need to replace my meters to monitor energy in the cloud?
No. Phantom Shield reads the energy meters and power analyzers already installed over Modbus, BACnet, SNMP or MQTT and sends their data to Reveal, with no firmware or hardware changes. Where wiring is hard, Modbus-to-LoRaWAN converters carry the readings wirelessly.
How do I compare energy use across many sites?
Reveal normalizes readings from every site into a common layer and shows them in one view. It compares consumption across sites, flags the ones that drift from normal and measures the impact of a schedule or equipment change with before/after comparisons.
Can a consolidated energy bill be split across stores, warehouses or tenants?
Yes. Reveal receives data from the meters of each store, warehouse or tenant and shows each one's consumption separately, with history and reports by period, so the consolidated bill can be reconciled against per-user metering.
How are electrical events linked to UPS units, generators and critical equipment?
Reveal correlates signals from every connected system at a site. A grid event, a transfer to the generator and a UPS alarm are read together, which explains the cause of a failure and alerts before it damages equipment or stops operations.
What alerts and reports does energy monitoring provide?
Reveal sends alerts via WhatsApp, email or ticketing systems when a variable goes out of range, and generates audit-ready reports and before/after comparisons on demand. It can also be queried in natural language, by text or voice, through any compatible LLM.
