One dashboard for HVAC, generators, CCTV and energy across all your sites, on the equipment you already have

One dashboard for HVAC, generators, CCTV and energy across all your sites, on the equipment you already have

Yes, you can: GSS Analytix brings the HVAC, generators, UPS units, CCTV, alarms and energy of all your sites into one dashboard, without replacing the equipment you already have. At each site, the Phantom Shield gateway, physical or virtual, reads the existing equipment regardless of brand, protocol or age. The Reveal platform normalizes those signals in the cloud, correlates them across systems to find the root cause of an event, filters findings before alerting anyone and gives each role what it needs: actions for operators, trends for managers and the full picture for leadership. This guide explains which systems go into the dashboard, how it works, what each role sees, when you don't need it and where it is already in use.

Which systems go into the same dashboard

  • HVAC: chillers, air handling units and the signals of the BMS you already have
  • Energy: meters, power analyzers, consumption and power quality at each site
  • Backup: diesel, gas or hybrid generators, UPS units, rectifiers and battery banks
  • Electronic security: IP cameras, NVR and DVR recorders, intrusion and fire alarms and access control
  • Water and fuel: tanks, pumps, wells and sump pits
  • Servers and IT equipment, motors and variable frequency drives, boilers and fire suppression systems
  • IoT sensors for temperature, humidity and other variables where equipment was never instrumented

Each site connects through its own gateway and all of them share the same view, with common rules, alerts and reports, even when their equipment comes from different brands and eras.

How it works: from each site's equipment to one screen

  1. 1Connect. Phantom Shield, physical or virtual, connects to the existing equipment and controllers over BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, SNMP, MQTT or HTTP/REST, with no firmware or hardware changes. If a BMS or SCADA already concentrates signals, they are read from there too.
  2. 2Collect. Readings arrive continuously, with local storage on the gateway (store and forward): if the internet drops at a site, the data syncs when the connection returns.
  3. 3Normalize. Reveal maps every signal to a common semantic layer (Brick), so an air conditioner, a generator or a camera of any brand reads the same way at every site.
  4. 4Correlate. The rules engine, anomaly detection and causal analysis cross the systems at the same site to find the root cause of an event, instead of alerting only on the symptom.
  5. 5Act. Alerts go out by WhatsApp, email or ticketing, and on equipment that allows it Reveal can adjust setpoints, activate backups or notify the responsible team, with every action logged.

What each role sees on the dashboard

Reveal delivers reports by role: operators get concrete actions, managers get trends and leadership sees the full picture across every site. Each person sees what is theirs to act on, without noise.

Before reaching a person, every finding goes through automatic filters that suppress repeats and contain false positives. Your team's confirmations and dismissals calibrate the next analyses, and every analysis is logged end to end for audits.

What no single system sees on its own

A temperature spike, an electrical anomaly and a UPS event at the same site are read together, as one incident, not as three alarms on three different screens. To do that, the Reveal Agent Control System (RACS) assigns an AI agent to each of 8 domains, from energy and batteries to video surveillance, and a central agent crosses them all.

Because Reveal is a cloud platform and the gateways use zero-touch provisioning, the same dashboard covers sites in different countries. It can also be queried in natural language, by text or voice, through a compatible LLM.

When a piece of equipment has no data output

Where a direct connection to equipment is not possible or not economically viable, Reveal can collect and process data straight from CCTV images. IoT sensors are added to equipment that was never instrumented and, where wiring is hard, Modbus-to-LoRaWAN converters carry the readings wirelessly.

When you don't need it

  • You run a single site with a single system and that system's own screen is enough
  • Your BMS already covers every piece of equipment at every site and you don't need to cross it with CCTV, backup power or fuel
  • You want to replace your equipment or your BMS: Reveal works on top of what is already installed
  • You want a dashboard just to look at, with no alerts, rules or action log

If your sites have HVAC, generators, UPS units, CCTV and meters from different brands, each with its own software or none at all, and today the state of the operation is pieced together from calls, site visits and manual reports, that is where a unified dashboard changes how you operate.

FAQ: one dashboard for many sites

How do you see every system at several sites on a single screen?

Each site gets a Phantom Shield gateway, physical or virtual, connected to its HVAC, generators, UPS units, CCTV, alarms and meters. Reveal normalizes those signals in the cloud and shows every site in the same view, with common rules, alerts and reports.

Does it work if each site's equipment comes from different brands?

Yes. Phantom Shield reads equipment regardless of brand, protocol or age, over BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, SNMP, MQTT or HTTP/REST, and Reveal maps it to a common semantic layer (Brick) so sites can be compared.

Do I have to replace the BMS or each system's software?

No. Reveal works on top of what already exists: it can read the signals of the BMS, the SCADA or the video system and add them to the equipment those systems don't cover, with no firmware or hardware changes.

What does a unified dashboard add over checking each system separately?

Correlation. A RACS central agent crosses 8 domains, from energy to video surveillance, to find the root cause of an event: a temperature spike, an electrical anomaly and a UPS event at the same site read as one incident.

How does the dashboard keep the team from getting too many alerts?

Findings go through automatic filters before reaching a person: repeats are suppressed and false positives contained. On top of that, each role gets its own view: actions for operators, trends for managers and the full picture for leadership.

Can the same dashboard cover sites in different countries?

Yes. Reveal is a cloud platform and Phantom Shield gateways use zero-touch provisioning, so one operation supervises sites in different countries from a single view.

How is a unified dashboard for many sites priced?

By primary connection: each piece of equipment, meter or data source connected through Phantom Shield counts as one. The proposal includes a one-time fee for equipment, installation and onboarding, plus a monthly service fee. Tell us how many sites and systems you have and we will prepare a proposal.

How many sites and systems do you want on one dashboard?

Tell us how many sites you operate and which systems each one has, and we will show you in a demo how Reveal brings them onto one screen without replacing what you already have.
